Consent and your choices

Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR / KVKK)

Consent for personalised advertising and tracking; our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the games (non-personalised ads, anonymous analytics); performance of a contract for purchases.

Children

The games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will help remove it.

Retention and transfers

We do not keep a database of players. Our providers keep data according to their policies (for example, Firebase Analytics keeps event data for 2 to 14 months, depending on the retention setting). Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Because the games don't identify you, the quickest way to delete ad and analytics identifiers is to reset your advertising ID and delete the app; you can also email us and we will help with requests to our providers. We do not sell personal information.

Changes

We will update this page when the games or the services they use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
