Who we are
Hushmo AI is published by Kitefold Games ("we"). Contact: privacy@kitefoldgames.com.
The short version
- Hushmo AI records sound only while you are recording a night, to detect snoring, sleep talk and other sounds.
- All recordings, scores, tags and notes are stored only on your iPhone. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- Sound recognition, sleep-talk transcription and the AI coach run on your device (Apple SoundAnalysis, on-device Speech recognition and Apple Intelligence). Transcription only runs when your iPhone can do it offline.
- No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
Microphone
The microphone is used only between "Start night" and the moment you stop the recording. Short clips around detected sounds are saved on your device so you can listen to them. You can delete any clip, any night or all data in the app, and you can choose to delete clips automatically after 30, 90 or 365 days.
Face ID
If you turn on the lock, iOS checks your Face ID or passcode. We never receive any biometric data.
Purchases
Hushmo AI Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details. The app only asks the App Store whether your subscription is active.
Health information
Sound recordings and snore scores may be considered health-related. Because they stay on your device, we do not process them. Hushmo AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose any condition.
Children
Hushmo AI is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we don't receive your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your iPhone. If you have any questions, email us.
Changes
If the app ever starts to send any data off your device, we will update this page and ask for your permission in the app first.

Sağlıkla ilgili bilgiler

Çocuklar
Hushmo AI 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden bilerek veri toplamaz.
Hakların (KVKK / GDPR)
Verilerini almadığımız için bizim tarafımızda erişilecek, düzeltilecek ya da silinecek bir şey yoktur. Uygulamayı silmek tüm verilerini iPhone'undan kaldırır. Sorun olursa bize e-posta gönder.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama bir gün cihazından dışarı veri göndermeye başlarsa, önce bu sayfayı güncelleriz ve uygulamada iznini isteriz.
