Numbers at ScalePrivacy Policy
This policy covers the Numbers at Scale channels and the "Numbers at Scale Uploader", a private publishing tool the channel owner uses to manage the channel's own social media accounts. Questions: kitefoldmedia@gmail.com.
Viewers
We do not collect personal information from people who watch our videos. Videos are hosted by YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X, and those platforms' own privacy policies apply to your use of them. We only see the aggregate statistics those platforms give every creator (for example total views, average watch time and audience country), never who individual viewers are. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.
The publishing tool: who uses it
The Uploader is not a public product. It is used only by the owner of Numbers at Scale, to act on accounts the owner controls. No other users can sign in to it.
What data the tool accesses
- YouTube (Google): permission to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions and publish times, post comments on our own videos, and read YouTube Analytics reports for our own channel.
- Instagram and Facebook (Meta): permission to publish Reels to our own Instagram account and Facebook Page, comment on them, and read their insights.
- TikTok: permission to send our videos to our own TikTok account and read basic profile information and video statistics.
- X: permission to post our videos to our own X account and read their metrics.
The tool does not access anyone else's accounts, private messages, contacts or personal data.
How the data is used and stored
Access tokens and video statistics are stored only on the owner's own computer and private workspace, in files that are not published or shared. Statistics are used solely to decide what videos to make next and when to post them. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
Google API Services
Numbers at Scale Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool uses the YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until access is revoked. Statistics are kept as long as the channel runs. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions, Meta's Business Integrations settings, TikTok's "Manage app permissions" and X's "Connected apps"; revoking deletes our ability to use the token, and we delete the stored token file when access is revoked. Children
Our content is made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
